The Digital Women's Project
Celebrate Women's Wisdom: Life Journeys

Welcome to The Digital Women's Project (DWP), an initiative of the Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP) led by Dean Margaret Weber. The mission of the project is to explore the work-life balance issues of women from global perspectives. The DWP aims to accomplish this through its three components: research; a digital library/website; and an annual academic conference.

The inaugural academic conference, Celebrate Women's Wisdom: Life Journeys, takes place March 7–8, 2013 in Los Angeles, California. The conference engages scholars and business professionals from all sectors to share their wisdom that will impact the future for themselves and the next generation of women and men. Through connecting around the life course method of identity; motivation and drive; relational style; and adaptive style, participants will share research that enhances opportunities for women to live meaningful lives of purpose and leadership.
