- Identify 3 competencies involved in clinical supervision
- Identify the components and processes comprising the clinical supervision learning cycle
- Identify 2 best practices, including ways to enhance reflective practice
- Describe 2 practical ways to enhance respect for individual differences and multicultural competence
- Describe 3 elements in effective feedback and establishing performance improvement plans drawing upon a competency-based approach
- Describe 2 approaches to fulfill ethical and legal responsibilities involved in clinical supervision and to address problems in professional competence
