Refunds

A refund is the amount of financial aid or credit on the student's account in excess of tuition fees and other charges. Refunds are processed automatically for credit balances resulting from financial aid, by the GSEP Student Accounts Office after the add /drop period each term. Any other credit balances may be refunded after the student makes a written request for the funds.

Students may check their student account in Wavenet at https://wavenet.pepperdine.edu to find out if their refund has been processed (once processed, the word "Refund" will appear beside the refund amount on your student account).

Students are encouraged to sign up for e-refund to have their refunds deposited directly to a designated bank account (otherwise, the refund check is mailed to the student's local address).  Students may sign up in the Student Center in Wavenet by clicking on the "erefund enrollment and maintenance" link toward the bottom of the page.  Students need to sign up for erefund only once, but must sign up several days before the start of the term in which they want to start using erefund.

Questions may be directed to the GSEP Student Accounts Office at 310-568-5588 or gsepsa@pepperdine.edu.
