Indigenous Peoples’ Day provides an opportunity to honor the rich cultures, valuable contributions, and remarkable resilience of Native communities. Since time immemorial, Native Americans, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians have built vibrant and diverse cultures to safeguard their land, language, spirit, knowledge, and tradition across generations.
