Nomination Form

Thank you for taking the time to submit a nomination for the GSEP Adjunct Faculty Award for Teaching Excellence. Nominations for the 2015 awards will be accepted through Friday, June 19. Nominations received after that date will be considered for the 2016 awards. You may nominate more than one member of the faculty, however, you may submit only one nomination for any particular faculty member. Before making the nomination, please review the criteria for the award. Once again, thank you for participating in this process.
