
Shari Purry
Biography
Shari M. Purry is a licensed professional counselor and clinical supervisor with more than 20 years of experience in mental health, higher education, and clinical leadership. She earned her Master of Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University Dominguez Hills.
She currently serves as an adjunct instructor at Pepperdine University, Upper Iowa University and Delgado Community College, teaching courses in psychology, human services, and substance abuse. Shari is dedicated to creating inclusive and engaging learning environments while helping students develop critical thinking, coping, and professional skills.
In addition to teaching, she is the founder of Di-Vinthe Training and Consulting Services, LLC, where she provides psychotherapy, clinical supervision, mediation, and organizational consulting. Her career reflects a commitment to education, advocacy, and empowering individuals and communities through mental health and wellness.
