Biography

Sarah Randazzo (she/her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Mental Health Leadership at the University of Southern California. She specializes in treating underserved and underrepresented survivors of trauma, crime, and violence, as well as addressing college mental health concerns, including identity exploration, sexuality and relationship issues, and mood disorders. Over the past seven years, she has worked in both nonprofit community-based settings and academic institutions. Currently, she serves as a Relational and Sexual Violence Specialty Clinician at the University of Southern California and is a part-time adjunct professor at CSU Long Beach and Pepperdine's Online Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP).

Sarah approaches her clinical work through a trauma-informed, sex-positive, holistic, and liberation-focused lens. She is trained in various evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (Certified Provider), Narrative Exposure Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As a professor, she fosters an engaging and inclusive learning environment, emphasizing critical thinking, self-reflection, and the practical application of trauma-informed care.
