Biography

Robin Goins- Cornell holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Golden Gate University, a master’s, and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University. She is an experienced on-the-ground and online professor and serves as an adjunct faculty member at several colleges and universities. In addition to her on-the-ground teaching experience, she has over 15 years of online instruction and extensive experience in online curriculum development, bringing quality online education globally. Goins-Cornell has over 35 years of professional business and consulting experience working as an executive coach and trainer, helping organizations, executives, and managers develop strategies and successfully transition into their personal and career goals. In addition, she consults with multiple organizations in the US and abroad on nonprofit and for-profit business development strategies and is a national speaker on innovative psychology strategies in business, with a focus on business and human resources/career development.
