Dr. Parsa Peykar is a distinguished psychologist and leadership consultant who bridges the worlds of clinical psychology and organizational excellence. With a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a master’s in clinical psychology, he brings a unique dual perspective to understanding and enhancing human performance.

As an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Psychology, where he shares his knowledge and experience with future leaders in the field. As a trusted consultant to professional athletes and organizational leaders, Dr. Peykar specializes in unlocking peak performance through evidence-based psychological principles and cutting-edge leadership development strategies. One of Dr.Peykar's most notable achievements is the creation and success of The Professor P Podcast, which is ranked in the top 10% globally in Leadership and Education.
