
Lusineh Gharapetian
Biography
Lusineh Gharapetian, PhD, BCBA-D is an assistant professor and associate program director of the Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (MSABA) program at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, and her master’s and doctoral degrees in behavior analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Gharapetian has expertise in autism, developmental disabilities, organizational behavior management, instructional design, and the teaching and dissemination of behavior analysis. Her research interests include clinical supervision, organizational behavior change, instructional effectiveness, and choice-making.
She serves on the Board of Directors for the California Association for Behavior Analysis (CalABA) and the Accreditation Board for the Association for Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA). She is also a reviewer for the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management. Through her professional activities, she seeks to advance the field of behavior analysis toward a culture of acceptance that embraces diversity and promotes shared values of equity and inclusion.
