Biography

Luiza Andakyan, PhD, BCBA-D, is a doctoral-level behavior analyst, educator, and the Executive Clinical Director and CEO of Adamant Behavioral Services. She has over 12 years of experience teaching at the university level, where she has instructed and mentored graduate students in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and helped shape the next generation of behavior analysts.

Andakyan specializes in applied behavior analysis, with expertise in working with children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays, as well as coaching parents, professionals, and organizations in behavior change and performance improvement. She is deeply committed to bridging the gap between research and real-world application, ensuring that behavior science is practical, accessible, and impactful.

In addition to her academic work, Andakyan leads a high-quality clinical organization where she oversees evidence-based services and staff development. Her work emphasizes empowering individuals and families with effective strategies to improve communication, independence, and quality of life.

Beyond clinical and academic settings, she is passionate about leadership development, parent education, and performance coaching, helping individuals apply behavior science principles to achieve meaningful and lasting change.
