Biography

Kozue Matsuda, PhD, BCBA-D, is the president and founder of the Children Center in Japan. She is also a New York State–licensed behavior analyst, serves as a member of the New York State Association for Behavior Analysis Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, and is an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University. Dr. Matsuda has worked in a variety of clinical settings, from schools to outpatient services, and has presented at conferences in Japan, the United States, and East Asia. She has published articles and book chapters in both English and Japanese on topics such as an introduction to applied behavior analysis for medical professionals, ABA in school settings (Direct Instruction) for teachers, multicultural and applied behavior analysis, and racism and behavior analysis.
