Abigail Burela
Biography
Abigail (she/her), a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, is the Sr. Manager of Product and Customer Success for BSTperform at CentralReach. Her training is in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management. Her passion lies in improving clients' lives by equipping staff and supervisors with the tools to carry out their job responsibilities successfully. She has over ten years of experience consulting with human service organizations to assist with their training and systems-level initiatives, as well as working directly with consumers of service and their families.
She currently serves on the editorial board for Behavior Analysis in Practice. Dr. Blackman (maiden name) has over 15 publications across the basic to applied research continuum. Currently, she enjoys conducting research to evaluate effective procedures to improve the repertoires of staff and supervisors and the influence of staff integrity on consumer outcomes.
