Monica Goodale
Biography
Goodale is experienced in supporting major cultural change initiatives and in aligning organizational development with strategic plans. Her particular areas of interest are identifying cultural facilitators in communities of practice, helping to promote internal transfer of best practices, and developing leadership skills in management and staff. She serves as director of training for CIGNA Health Care of California and teaches adult learning theory/lifespan learning, and computer interaction as an adjunct professor for Pepperdine University. Her dissertation, "Assessing Cultural Impact: A Case Study in Supporting a Knowledge Management Practice," examines the interaction of culture relative to management practice.
