Biography

Kathleen Wenger is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and is the Manager of M.A. Clinical Training and Professional Development for the Pepperdine University Master of Arts in Psychology Program since 1992. Since 1994 Wenger has served and continues to Chair the Greater Orange County Community Counseling Consortium which represents mental health clinical training agencies and university psychology programs to discuss programming and training issues to better meet the needs of trainees and interns. Providing quality training to interns and offering quality services to the community requires a coordinated effort between agencies and universities. CCC provides a round table arena for community agencies and universities to share information and address issues of mutual interest. Wenger teaches in Pepperdine's Master's in Clinical Psychology program, evaluates student progress, and provides appropriate interventions to support student growth toward degree completion.
