Biography

Jennifer Parras is a PhD candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Liberty University, where she is currently finalizing her dissertation. She holds a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Florida Atlantic University.

With a strong foundation in both psychology and education, Jennifer brings a unique perspective to her teaching. Prior to pursuing her graduate studies, she gained valuable experience as an elementary school educator, where she developed a deep understanding of learning processes and the importance of clear communication in the classroom. This teaching background, combined with her expertise in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, allows her to integrate both practical and theoretical knowledge into her academic work.

Jennifer’s research interests focus on workplace behavior, leadership, perfectionism, employee well-being, and organizational development, and she is passionate about applying psychological principles to real-world challenges. She is excited to contribute to the academic community and help students explore the intersection of psychology, business, and human resources.
