Biography

Dr. Cathryn Leff completed a BA in Psychology at UCLA; MA in Counseling Psychology at Pepperdine and PhD in Psychology with a concentration in mental health policy and practice at Northcentral University. Currently she has a private practice in Temecula, California specializing in working with couples to improve their communication via The Gottman Method. She is founder of Southwest Riverside County chapter of CAMFT and former President of CAMFT.

Research Interest: how mental health systems can improve for first responders and survivors of major disasters
