Ed.D. in Organization Change

The Organization Change concentration focuses on the broad field of organization change. Taking a comprehensive view of the world's changing external environments, this program emphasizes the theory, research, and practice of change within, between, and across organizations.

During this next year, we will be exploring ways in which the program can be strengthened to better meet your needs as a professional in a dynamic and modern workplace.  We believe this intensive review process will produce a more innovative model for delivering a high quality, scholar practitioner program in organization development and change. We look forward to taking in new doctoral students for in the Fall of 2010.
