Biography

Bedilia is passionate about promoting diversity and equity within the work environment. She is a first-gen Latina who grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and now lives in Brooklyn, NY. Bedilia specializes in coaching individuals from college students and mid-career professionals to 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and workshops. This includes exploring alternate career paths and fostering a growth mindset. Her experiences include career counseling in higher education, recruiting early career talent, and working with nonprofit organizations that serve students from CUNY (City University of New York) and colleges throughout the US.
