Intimate Partner Violence in the Church: Current Trends and Effective Resources


GSEP's Dr. Thema Bryant-Davis along with her colleagues from Seaver College and School of Law was awarded two grants from Pepperdine University's Provosts office on March 15, 2018. 
In an inter-school collaborative research paper titled "Intimate Partner Violence in the Church: Current Trends and Effective Resources" Dr. Thema Bryant-Davis will partner with faculty from other schools to examine "intimate partner violence in the Church: the incidence, narratives, theories, and responses; and strives to help churches navigate this problem safely and successfully"
The Graduate School of Education and Psychology wishes Dr. Bryant-Davis and her colleagues the very best as they embark on this very important research and study.
