Steven Sultanoff

Biography

Sultanoff is a psychologist and consultant in private practice. He also serves as a staff member at the Center for Cognitive Therapy in Newport Beach and provides supervision for master's and doctoral psychotherapy interns and private training seminars for therapists. Sultanoff, who serves as president of the American Association for Therapeutic Humor, is recognized nationally as an expert in therapeutic uses of humor, and has written numerous articles on the topic of humor. His teaching interests include psychotherapy skills and techniques, theory, group therapy, and practicum.
