Biography

Sandy Sayah-Pedram is a trauma-focused, CBT-certified psychotherapist; attorney; and writer who approaches therapy as a creative medium to guide individuals, couples, and families in the midst of crisis and transition toward collaborative conflict resolution.

With a background in literature and the arts, Sayah-Pedram utilizes a strength-based approach emphasizing the inherent human value and individual uniqueness in each of her clients. She takes particular pride in her experience providing culturally sensitive and competent services to clients from a diverse array of ethnic, gender, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds. She emphasizes an understanding of universal human similarities that unify populations beyond their differences.
