Thomas Penderghast

Biography

Dr. Penderghast serves as dissertation chairman for Pepperdine University students working on a doctorate in Organizational Leadership, and teaches a course in research methodology. He holds the title of Professor Emeritus at Pepperdine's Graziadio School of Business and Management, where he was one of the founding faculty and taught for 30 years. He authored the book ESP: Entrepreneurial Simulation Program and wrote segments of the textbooks Effective Small Business Management and Magill's Survey of Social Science: Economics. He also developed a PowerPoint to be used with the book Leadership, wrote several chapters for the reference book Nobel Prize Winners, and most recently co-authored Journey to Couple's Conflict Resolution Using Game Theory: A Manual with Dr. Lois Abrams, MFT. Dr. Penderghast facilitates programs in professional development, leadership and team building for corporations and other institutions.
