The Encino Graduate Campus in the San Fernando Valley is located on the second floor of the First Financial Plaza Building at the corner of Balboa and Ventura Boulevards. The Campus has classrooms and the Pepperdine Community Counseling Center.

From a specific location: Yahoo Maps
From the south: Take the 101 Freeway North and exit Balboa Blvd. Turn left on Balboa Blvd. and follow for approximately one mile. When you get to Ventura Blvd., go across the intersection and make an immediate left into the First Financial Plaza parking structure. The Pepperdine campus is on the corner of Balboa and Ventura Blvd. on the 2nd floor of the First Financial Plaza building. (Minimal or validated parking.)
From the north: Take the 101 Freeway South and exit Balboa Blvd. Turn right on Balboa Blvd. and follow for approximately one mile.
