George Nalbach, Ph.D.

Nalbach is the clinical director of Santa Anita Family Service in Monrovia and Covina and is a marriage and family therapist in private practice. He is an adjunct associate professor at the California School of Professional Psychology and a former program director of the Pathways Drug and Alcohol Program. Nalbach's areas of specialization include self-psychology, community mental health, and substance abuse issues.

GSEP has an active Diversity Council, comprised of faculty, staff, and students, whose aim is to promote discourse and foster multicultural proficiency. The Council developed a biannual speaker series to provide a forum for representatives of varied backgrounds and views to speak on subjects affecting the fields of education and mental health.
