Take a guided photo tour of the Graduate School of Education and Psychology at Pepperdine University.

ELIGIBITLITY:
To be eligible for the Student Employment Assistantships currently offered, you need to be registered as a full-time student (at least 6 units per term) in programs offered by Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology.
PAY:
Students are paid on a bi-weekly basis. The hourly wage is $12.20 for master level and $13.30 for doctoral level.
TYPES OF ASSISTANTSHIPS:
Click here to view a list of the different types of assistantships available to GSEP students. Students may hold more than one type of assistantship position as long as they do not exceed the maximum hours.
HOURS:
Students may work up to 19.75 hours total per week. Students may not work more than 8 hours in one day. Maximum hours for each type of assistantship are as follows:
APPLICATION & HIRING PROCESS FOR NEW STUDENT EMPLOYEES:
Step 1:
Apply for assistantship positions via PepPro, GSEP's online career management system, hosted by Career Services.
After logging into your PepPro account, you can search for available assistantships by selecting Jobs--> Position Type--> Student Employment, GSEP Assistantships.

Step 2:
Once you have been confirmed for hire by a faculty or staff (and before you commence work), notify Melissa Nelson, Student Employment Coordinator, at the WLA Campus 5th floor. Melissa's contact information is melissa.nelson@pepperdine.edu or (310) 568-2373.
Step 3:
Complete the new hire paperwork and I-9 Form, provided by Melissa Nelson. You will also need to show appropriate documentation, which verifies your identity and eligibility to work. Appropriate documentation includes either a U.S. Passport OR a Picture Identification AND either a Social Security Card or Birth Certificate. This requirement is in accordance with the The Immigration and Reform Act of 1986.
Step 4:
Submit a completed Assistantship Agreement for the current academic year to Melissa Nelson.
Step 5:
You will receive a “Welcome E-mail” from Melissa Nelson which signifies that all steps have been completed and that you are now approved to begin working.
