Pepperdine's Iranian Psychological Student Association

The Pepperdine’s Iranian Psychological Student Association (PIPSA) is a nonreligious, nonpolitical student affiliated group, focused on the development of a socially supportive mentorship network through educational, cultural, and social meetings. We welcome Iranian students as well as students from all other ethnic backgrounds. PIPSA is open to GSEP master’s and doctoral psychology students as well as alumni, faculty, and Seaver undergraduate students.

Our goal is to collaboratively mentor and enrich the Pepperdine psychology community with an emphasis on developing competent future clinicians, researchers, and academics that can effectively work with Iranians in mental health care and conduct research related to multicultural issues for Iranian as well as other Middle Eastern populations.
