Pepperdine University CABE Installs New Chapter Officers

Join us for the installation of the 2011-2012 officers for the Pepperdine University Chapter of the California Association for Bilingual Education (CABE) on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 from 6:30p - 8:00p at the West Los Angeles Graduate Campus room 109.

Pepperdine students, alumni, and members of the greater Los Angeles community are invited to participate and address issues facing English learners in today’s schools.  You don't have to be bilingual and you don't have to teach in a bilingual program to participate.  CABE is a multiethnic association of teachers, administrators, students and parents who believe in the CABE mission to promote biliteracy and educational equity for all students in California.  If you are a CABE menber or want to become one, come to the installation to helpset an agenda for the year.

A reception will follow the installation of chapter officers.  Come find out how to attend this year’s annual conference for free!

Please RSVP to Mr. Edgar Angulo, President of the Pepperdine Chapter
edgar_a_angulo@yahoo.com or Reyna García Ramos, Ph. D. rgramos@pepperdine.edu or call 310-568-2306.
