The Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership degree program is designed for working professionals, from education or corporate environments, who are emerging in their fields or are experienced leaders looking to advance their credentials. To better meet the scheduling demands of our students, the program can be completed in either of two formats, Traditional or Global Access.
