The Doctorate of Education in Organization Change program is designed to prepare the executive to ethically lead and facilitate change in a wide-range of settings by developing competence in practice, scholarship, and research.

There are no scheduled information meetings at this time. During this next year, we will be exploring with current students, faculty and alumni ways in which the program can be strengthened and revised to meet the needs of today's potential doctoral students. We believe this intensive review process will produce a more innovative model for delivering a high quality, scholar practitioner program in organization development and change.
