Program Travel

The ELAP program begins with a four-day Leadership and Technology Training for Educators (LATTE©) that takes place at the Drescher Graduate Campus in Malibu. This retreat-style environment is revisited each of the following two summers to support and enhance the cohort experience. Students meet eight additional times per year over three-day weekends at the West Los Angeles Graduate Campus, and each cohort takes one trip per year to a national educational administration conference. These face-to-face meetings are supplemented by synchronous and asynchronous online interactions throughout the year.
